I know someone who is using an online dating service and I get the feeling that they are being conned into something. Anyways, the suspected person has tried calling my friend through an international number. Is there a website I could use for free that will help me identify the location of this phone line? The number starts out with 234 802 if someone might know where numbers like that are found. Thanks in advance!

Yes it is a scam, I found his photos on a scam awareness website. I just typed his name, Richard Kelvin Smith, and BINGO!
If 234 is the country code, that is Nigeria!
