I might come accross a bit stupid, but can you reverse lookup cell phone numbers online. I know you can search land line numbers and get information, but does it work on cell phones.
You can lookup cell phone numbers online, using a reverse cell phone lookup service. At http://www.reversecellphonelook-ups.com you can type in a number into their system and it will tell you if the information for that number is available.If it is you will be told which state the cell phone is calling from. Any further information ie name and address you will have to pay a fee for the records.
