I need to know if there is a 100% free cell phone look up. I don’t need to know where they live or what they do for a living. I just want to know the person’s name. is there any way i can go about doing this? 100% free without having to pay even the littlest amount of money to see the person’s name?
Not for cellular numbers. I have spent the last 3 months researching and testing public record sites including reverse phone lookup services and the only time they offer a free search is on publicly listed phone numbers. The reason is they have to pay the cell companies (like AT&T) for access to that information so they charge the end user.
