I usually don’t answer my cell phone if I don’t recognize the number but sometimes I receive calls from the same number several times. Is there any service online where I can look up the number and get some information on the user?

The only hitch is that if it is a cell phone calling you it won’t have a name, just a relative location where the service plan is based. If it’s a land line it can tell you the location and the name/address if the number is listed.
It’s quite useful. I found out that when my cell phone went off during a Spanish quiz, that it was Foxwoods Casino calling me. Why? I have no clue.
