I have allowed my Dad to use my cell phone for the past couple months since he didn’t have a phone and i don’t use mine that much. I pay the bill and now for some reason the bill is out of control. He doesn’t talk to anyone but me. My brothers live with them. I want to see if i can see who is all calling the phone. Is there a way. My home phone i can go online and get a list of people. I just want to make sure my Brothers are not using it.

Don’t you get a detailed list of calls on your bill?
If not, call your network operator/carrier’s customer support and discuss the issue with them as they too may provide an internet based system for checking your phone call listings.
Since you don’t mention either the phone mode in use or the network provider nobody can give you a more concrete answer.
