Why doesnt my KRZR cell phone show who is calling. I didnt buy the caller ID but if I save the number into my contacts, isnt it supposed to show when they call. And I set a picture to show up when a friend calls, but it doesnt show up! Why. (sorry I didnt use question marks. the computer at my work wont let me use question marks)

Pennsylvania’s wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Pennsylvania makes it a crime to intercept or record a telephone call or conversation unless all parties to the conversation consent.

If it’s across state lines, this still applies, however the person on the other end may be allowed to record according to their state’s rules. There have been some cases where cross-state laws are strange, but this is applied for businesses and their customers, private conversations are far too hard to even attempt to impose such a regulation on across state borders.

For some baffling reason, my mobile phone doesn’t show who’s calling. If somebody is trying to phone me, it just says "call" whilst ringing, offering no other information. If I missed the call, it just says I have a missed call from an unknown number. My phone is a Nokia 6600, but, bizarrely enough, the same thing happened on a new Nokia phone I bought. Could it be my SIM? Any answers (within reason and practicality) will be much appreciated.
