Who Called My Phone?

Adding an old YIM friend on a new account with limited information and no other contact… can it be done?

Problem one: I really want to get back in touch with a friend who I haven’t seen since he moved away from my school last year. Problem is, he changed his cell phone number and I don’t know what the new one is, and I forgot his e-mail since I never used it anyway. I know he’s not avoiding me, because we’re good friends, and he left a message on my phone saying "Hey I haven’t talked to you in so long!" (with more detail of course) But he didn’t leave his new number and I didn’t know how to check messages for their numbers… still don’t, but I forgot about "missed calls" and erased all the call data since then. Oops. ^^;

Problem two: Anyway, then I remembered he’s on my friendlist for my old YIM account, code_lyoko_411 with yuyu_princess@bellsouth.net as it’s e-mail. New problem: I can’t get back in. It’s the account’s birthday… actually, he made the account for me and just told me the username/password for me to change when I wanted because I was busy, but back when I let him do that for me for several other things too, he tended to change the birthday randomly instead of using my real one, probably because that’s what he’s used to doing (neopets was one, I can’t get into that account anymore because of the birthday, too). I forgot my password, and I can’t get it sent to my e-mail because I don’t know/can’t remember what he set my birthday as.

Okay, here’s what I do know: my old account is actually on my friendlist for my new one, and in the updates it calls him "Cody V" (even though that’s not his real name, naturally…) since he used the same alias on neopets, I’m assuming the last name is something to the effect of "Vanderhoosy", though the spelling is obviously off because I searched that on the yahoo search and he didn’t come up.
This is my old account’s profile: http://profiles.yahoo.com/code_lyoko_411?fmt=2.0&intl=us&os=win&ver=9.0.0.2034 (It says Michael P and that I’m a dude, but that’s because that’s really his name… he must have used it when he signed me up, and I only noticed today because I never bother with profiles)
And this is his most recent avatar change, according to my old account’s updates: http://avatars.yahoo.com/vitality?k=1MdT10ZCKAAAB_OFGxKWuF_YA&d=8NMSNd1nUMTE93Tcr.xgdx9ZUh3BHskZtiXXkiIDAFgWiviRixSMT_ATg0Zun2V2qIcM6LxcnnK2tKE-&__vid__=Y29sbGVjdGlvblR5cGU9YWxpYXMBY29sbGVjdGlvbklEPWNvZGVfbHlva29fNDExAXNvdXJjZT1hdmF0YXJzAWNsYXNzPXBvc3QBdHlwZT1hdnR1cGRhdGUBc3VpZD1fNEdaYTBsSFVNVFBHRVNfU1IzSDN5Zy56WEY4Q0swTXNXNTczUUgwYkpiWGdvV0JTc0NqTW9PWjNvZTI0UlFp

Is it possible at all to find his e-mail/YIM name with this? I’ll understand if it’s not, but I really wanted to try… he probably thinks I’m ignoring him or have forgotten about him, and when I think of that, I get sad…

With not knowing his real name, nor his Yahoo account name, you can not do much else, but to hope that he will call back again.
As for your own account, yes it is a problem that you don’t know any of the data what was used when it was opened.
There is no way Yahoo will issue you a new password without that.
Try to remember, maybe it comes to you.
If it was recently and you did not do any major maintenance work on your computer, perhaps you can get a password recovery utility what might find the old passwords in your registry files.
