No. The best you can do is get a location and go from there- trying to figure out who it is. Even then lots of sites will be so off, they will say it is a land line. One thing you can do is block your number, or use a friend’s cell, block their number call back, and make some pretense to get them to tell you who they are. Also listen for contextual clues- like background noise.
Catching people early in the morning, late at night, or just after a meal, when their guard is down, speaking firmly and at a good rate- a little quick; tell them you’re someone important, and need to check their details- any well-thought up pretext will get them talking.
